The sessions were interactive and were conducted through lectures, dialogue, questions and answers, role plays, case study, discussions and group works.  Team work was highly accented based on an African proverb which states; if you want to walk fast go alone, but if you want to go further go with others.

Participants were awarded certificates at the end of the week’s training. One participant, Harrison Kyalo of shalom IT center was delighted for being part of the training and asked for more lessons either within or outside Koinonia.

“This kind of training will keep us abreast with the changing trends both in the administration and management sectors,” said Kyalo.

In line with Koinonia’s motto: We belong to each other; this training and many more to come will see to it that Koinonia Community develops into an efficient, cohesive and communal unit where issues that affect the society and those of Koinonia community are addressed.
