Kenya: Film and Art Explodes at the Kenyan Coast

Mombasa, Kenya---The past one month has seen entertainment temperatures go very high with the introduction of East Coast Crew in Mombasa.

East Coast Crew is a department within Coastal Films Productions which is headed by Mariam Faisal as the Team leader . Mombasa has been so quiet and Coastal Films introduced the East Coast Crew as an outfit to unleash emerging talents.

The introduction of a Mombasa based musician Qritiqal has spinned all musicians into launching and shooting their new quallity videos. This is because of the media coverage and publicity that Qritiqal has acquired. His song " Weak inside " is currently in all media houses and clubs around the country.

Coastal Films has emerged as a strong brand at the Kenyan coast with all its key members nominated in this year Nzumari awards(an award ceremony organized at the Kenya coast sponsored by well wishers and business men from the Kenyan coast ).

Prince Adio, Sly Moses and Erick Omtere have been nominated for best Actors while Racheal Muia has been nominated for Best Actress featured in the Movie " Mystery of the Golden Rings.

Qritiqal, 22 , Aldi and Innocent Sunday all from East Coast Crew will battle it for the best upcoming artist while 22 and Qritiqal will also battle it for best Video of the year.

Coastal Films shot another movie last weekend " its never that serious" which will be due soon. The movie features , Chichi Fabregus, Ramadhan Yusuf, 22 , Eysher Free Drug , Sly the kisser and Sophia.
