Nigerian Court Shelves Ruling on President’s Legitimacy

The Nigerian Supreme Court has postponed a highly anticipated ruling on whether President Umaru Yar'Adua was duly elected in 2007, with the country’s chief justice saying the ruling will be made later on an unspecified date.
