Mugabe spokesman Says Unity Talks At “Milestone”

Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe’s spokesman has announced that talks to end the country’s political crisis have reached a “milestone”, raising speculation that a final power sharing deal could be in the offing. The spokesman, George Charamba, however declined to divulge any details about the nature of “milestone” he was referring to.
