Bashir Vows Never to Cooperate with ICC

Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir has vowed that Sudan will never cooperate with the International Criminal Court (ICC), which last month sought to indict him for genocide in Darfur. Addressing Arab, African and Asian trade union leaders in Khartoum, Bashir alleged that the ICC’s move was part of a neo-colonialist agenda by Western countries to protect their own interests. [PE]
