Top Darfur Rebel Leader on Trial

A top leader of the Darfur rebel group that staged a militant attack on Khartoum in May was arraigned in court Thursday. Abdul Aziz Ashur, who is a top commander in the Justice and Equality Movement (JEM), faces criminal and terrorist charges related to the unprecedented onslaught on the Sudanese capital.
