Kibaki Launches Kenya Coalition’s Economic Blueprint

Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki Tuesday launched a much anticipated coalition government blueprint that seeks to transform Kenya into a second world economy by the year 2030.Dubbed ‘Vision 2030’, the blueprint is a hybrid between Kibaki’s PNU Alliance party manifesto, and that of its coalition partner, Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s Orange Democratic Movement (ODM).
