Zimbabwean cabinet minister Emmerson Mnangagwa says President Robert Mugabe will concede defeat if he loses the impending June 27 runoff election. Speaking to the state-owned Herald newspaper, Mnangagwa however added that the ruling ZANU-PF party was confident that Mugabe would beat Opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai, who won the first round albeit without a sufficient majority to avoid a runoff.
