22 May 2008 - News From Africa
Two returnee IDPs were killed in Molo, Rift Valley province, forcing an exodus of at least 47 previously displaced families back to their former internal refugee camps. The families were among those ferried to their homes in the government’s ongoing operation to resettle Kenyans displaced during the recent post-election skirmishes. Many said they feared a possible resurgence of full scale ethnic violence in the volatile province. [P.E]
