Uganda’s LRA Abducts at Least 100 Children

Human Rights Watch (HRW) says Uganda’s rebel Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) has abducted at least 100 children from several regional countries in recent weeks. HRW’s International Justice Director Richard Dicker says the children, who were abducted from the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Sudan and the Central African Republic, were being used as porters, child soldiers and sex slaves.[P.E]
