NAIROBI--Kenya's president Mwai Kibaki has fired the entire cabinet in the wake of a resounding 'No' verdict on a referendum on the proposed constitution. "Following the results of the referendum, it has become necessary for me, as the president of the republic, to reorganise my government to make it more cohesive and better able to serve the people of Kenya", he said in a televised address from State House, Nairobi. The president added that he would constitute a new cabinet within two weeks.
